Elastopal

Elastopal ist ein kompaktes Polyurethan-Elastomer aus Polyol und Isocyanat. Elastopal ist das für diese Werkstoffgruppe eingetragene Warenzeichen. Elastopal wird ohne Zugabe von inerten Füllstoffen und Weichmachern, die sonst das Niveau der mechanischen Eigenschaften und die Langzeitelastizität nachteilig beeinflussen würden, verarbeitet.

puralis liefert aus Elastopal Formteile, die zeichnungsgebunden überwiegend nach Kundenwunsch hergestellt werden. Ein Halbzeugsortiment aus Platten, Folien, Blöcken, Stäben und Rohrstücken wird aber auch in standardisierten Abmessungen geliefert.

Fasatan / Fasatyl

are elastic sealing foils for structure connections in façade construction. Fasatan is a vapour permeable façade sealing membrane made of high quality synthetic EPDM rubber. Although it blocks water, draught and other influences, it allows water vapour to diffuse out of the structure. Fasatyl is the counterpart to Fasatan. It is applied on the inside, since it is necessary to achieve sealing not allowing vapour diffusion here. The sealing membrane is made of high-elasticity butyl rubber.

Together, the two façade sealing systems are in intelligent harmony and create an all-round perfect sealing solution. The sealing foils are supplemented by mutually coordinated accessory materials and adhesives. Click here for the accessories.

Winflex Inside / Outside

The plastic foil embedded between the outer fleece layers enables energy-saving technology. The special plastic compound worked into the system follows the movements of the building structure. The result: the plaster surface can no longer crumble or crack and the joint remains tight.

1. Fleece as plaster base: The gypsum or plaster is applied on the fleece.
2. High quality plastic foil: The embedded plastic foil comes in two types: open to vapour diffusion (exterior) and closed to vapour diffusion (interior).
3. Fleece layer:This additional fleece layer allows for the application of adhesive to glue the sealing foil to the masonry.
a) a) SK adhesive strips:
WINFLEX is attached to the window frame using self-adhesive strips.
b) b) Butyl adhesive strips:
Butyl adhesive strips durably and reliably attach WINFLEX to the masonry. But you may also use the proven WINFIX ADHESIVE to individually apply the WINFLEX sealing solution in the window area!

Alubutyl

Aluminium coated butyl, adhesive coating on one side. Ideal for sealing chimneybreasts, light domes, porch roof abutments, ventilation ducts, winter gardens and other abutments on the building structure. Is UV resistant and suited for interior or exterior use.

Alubutyl special

The tape with the protruding aluminium foil! Deployable like Alubutyl, strongly adhesive and durable. Both the tape and the wide surface foil can be drilled. Because the covering paper is wider, it can be peeled off easily.

Lead butyl

Lead coated butyl, adhesive coating on one side. Ideal for sealing on flashings, upstands, break-throughs, windows and parapets. Other areas of application are in the roof, on downpipes, lead strips and metal covers. Is UV resistant and suited for interior or exterior use.

Butyl DS

The highly adhesive butyl sealing tape. Glues and seals on both sides. Suited especially for durable gluing of different materials. Is solvent-free, remains elastic, turns neither hard nor brittle and does not in any way spoil the treated surface.

Cold shrink tape

Stretchable tape made of cold self-adhesive butyl rubber adhesive covered with an aluminium coloured, highly tear resistant polyethylene foil with a 400% expansion ratio. The cold shrink tape has normal flammability, Building material class B2 of DIN 4102. It is excellently suited, for instance, for sealing and insulating pipework in building construction and in the air conditioning and ventilation fields.

Fleece butyl

Fleece coated butyl, adhesive coating on one side. Many applications! The fleece layer allows the tape to be easily plastered over. Ideal for repair work to joints, seams, cracks and fractures. Other fields of application are in the roof area, in glass, ventilation, pipework and metal construction.
