Processing methods

With our splitting systems, we can cut plates with a minimum thickness of 4 mm (depending on the material) from blocks. This procedure is an intermediate step in preliminary work for further processing steps.

The splitting systems at BOSIG are all fully automated. The knife is sanded by grinding stones during the splitting process and permanently held sharp.
