We regret to inform you that on 08.08.2020, the granulate conveyor system in a section of our Phonotherm production site in Elsterwerda was destroyed by a major fire.
Due to this unforeseeable event, for which we were not responsible, we declare that we are currently unable to meet our contractual obligations
(force majeure).
The production and delivery of current and future orders will be delayed accordingly.
We will endeavour to keep the temporary production/delivery failure as short as possible.
As soon as the extent of the damage is apparent and we can foresee the duration of the associated delay in delivery, we will contact you immediately in order to inform you how and when we will be able to meet our contractual performance obligations to you again.
