This measure is necessary to ensure the reliability of our electricity grid and to prevent possible disruptions. Please note that during this time, neither telephone nor e-mail communication will work at the Elsterwerda headquarters and the Bad Liebenwerda and Berlin branches.
We ask for your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will of course be available for urgent matters or emergencies before and after the planned shutdown. We therefore recommend that you plan important tasks in advance and prioritise them if necessary.
