BOSIG GmbH has appointed Cem Akpinar as authorised signatory with effect from 1 March 2026, thereby expanding its management team. With this move, the company, which currently employs around 130 people at its Gingen site, is strengthening its management structure and sending a clear signal for development, trust and career opportunities from within its own ranks.
Cem Akpinar began his career at BOSIG in 2011 with an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist. His professional career began in production, took him through several positions and developed over the years into an impressive career: from department head to production manager, he continuously took on more responsibility. At the same time, he completed further training as an industrial foreman and was particularly involved in the areas of digitalisation, organisation and quality management. His work contributes significantly to optimising production processes and aligning structures for the future.
Since his appointment as head of production operations in 2023, Cem Akpinar has provided decisive impetus for efficiency, cooperation and technical development. His appointment as authorised signatory is the logical continuation of this growing responsibility and underlines his key role in the company's development.
The management team at BOSIG GmbH now consists of Managing Director Harry Leichmann, Markus Floruß (Deputy Managing Director and Commercial Director), Dr Christian Hermann (Product Management, Quality and Environmental Management, and Application Technology), Tanja Leichmann (Human Resources, acting) and Cem Akpinar (Production Manager).
‘With the expanded management structure, we are creating clear responsibilities and securing the basis for the sustainable further development of BOSIG,’ explains Managing Director Harry Leichmann. ‘We are delighted to welcome Cem Akpinar, a committed and experienced leader from within our own ranks, to the management team, thereby sending a strong signal about our corporate culture.’
