Combband 300, the specially impregnated, pre-compressed joint sealing tape, has many areas of application in modern building construction due to its characteristics, where requirements for reliable joint solutions are even more significant today than a few years ago.
The product consists of a vapour diffusion-open material, the risk of wood rot and of fungal attack in adjoining materials is thereby substantially reduced.
In its compressed state Combband 300 seals reliably against sound, driving rain, dust, draft as well as heat loss.
Combband 300 corresponds to building materials load classification BG 2 and was especially developed for joint constructions in lower buildings up to a height of 20 m. Furthermore, Combband 300 is a heavy inflammable building product according to the German building product standard DIN 4102 – Part 1. It is strongly self-adhesive on one side so as to facilitate mounting, and extensively workable independent of temperature.
