Fasatan® Optima ES and Fasatyl® Optima ES are self-adhesive EPDM-sealing films with plaster-ready non-woven coating – at your choice and depending on the application, with self-adhesive coatings and self-adhesive strips made from various adhesives such as acrylates and/or butyl rubber.
Fasatan® Optima ES and Fasatyl® Optima ES are sealing films made from EPDM rubber for façades. Thanks to the special non-woven coating on the film surface, Fasatan® Optima ES and Fasatyl® Optima ES can be plastered, painted and bonded over with hydraulically setting adhesive systems.
They come either with BOSIG High-Tack adhesive that can be processed at low temperatures or with our butyl rubber adhesive layers, which are self-adhesive over the entire surface or in special strip variants. These self-adhesive strips ensure particularly time-saving and easy processing.
No further adhesive is required and flash-off times are a thing of the past. The special adhesive strips offer very good adhesion on a wide variety of substrates.
The extremely thin sealing membranes (material thickness from 0.6 mm) offer maximum ease of installation and maximum sealing reliability, even at complex detailing points. At the same time, the safety and long-term durability of the seal are reliably maintained thanks to the extremely robust and durable EPDM material.

Fasatan® Optima ES / Fasatyl® Optima ES are sealing films made from EPDM rubber for windows and façades, for curtained, rear-ventilated façades and for post and beam structures as well as any penetrations into the building envelope.
The Fasatan® Optima ES / Fasatyl® Optima ES version can be used in both timber and solid construction for sealing window parapets as well as for connecting window and door frames to the building structure.
