Cellular rubber made from XVA (made from high-quality ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers with a density of approx. 45 kg/m³) is characterised by low water absorption, a beautifully uniform, fine pore pattern and low density with good abrasion resistance. This makes cellular rubber XVA very suitable as a high-quality but inexpensive overlay for rubbing surfaces.
Many different shapes can be produced from the raw material, e.g. square blanks, stamped parts and moulded parts for friction linings for tile grouting.
