Characteristics

Our Firetherm® fire protection panel cuts a fine figure even in hot weather!

The board combines the constructive characteristics of wood with the fire-resistant characteristics of cement. Both together result in a high-quality construction panel that is non-combustible and yet easy to work with.

They are lighter than conventional cement fibre boards and have better mechanical strength than OSB or gypsum board. The Firetherm® fire protection panel is also extremely weather and frost resistant.

The structure of the boards is formed by compressing the chipped wood, which is enclosed by cement.
