BOSIG GmbH produces sponge rubber and elastomers in many different qualities and porosities, all based on natural rubber. Our experience in sponge rubber production allows us to offer you consistent quality and a wide range of applications. We will develop special qualities to suit your needs.
The Gingen plant also deals with assembly of the materials. Be it rollers, balls, formed parts or boards - we will form sponge rubber into any desired shape.

Starting with all products around the innovative building envelope up to our technically and practically thought-out ridge and hip rolls, as well as chimney and wall flashing strips. We manufacture customised cut-to-size products from PVC, XPS and Phonotherm and are also a reliable partner in the adhesive/sealant sector.
The resistant material Elastopal® is produced from PU at our location in Senftenberg. Elastopal® is resistant to ageing and has a high load-bearing capacity. The material is renowned for its durability and resistance to wear.
Products of various shapes and colours are here produced by hot moulding processes. Standard shapes such as panels, foils and rods are common, but also individualised shapes.
It is possible, in close cooperation, to satisfy the demands of any customer for production and assembly. The dedicated staff will be quite at home with tight tolerances and technical challenges.
The highly wear-resistant material Philan® made of polyurethane cast elastomers is produced at the Lahnstein site. This material is resistant to ageing, withstands extreme requirements and impresses with its maximum load-bearing capacity.
Philan® is highly wear-resistant, flexible at low temperatures and UV-resistant.
Philan GmbH serves numerous sectors - from mining, agriculture, commercial vehicle construction and the construction industry to mechanical engineering and the manufacturing industry - with PU cast elastomers under the Philan® brand name.
In addition to standard products such as sheets and blanks, pipes and rods, semi-finished polyurethane products the company also develops customised polyurethane moulded parts and -seals to meet individual requirements.
