Products for window and facade construction, industrial technology, acoustic products, foam technology and adhesive tapes of various types are produced on over 20,000 sqm.
In addition to production, Gingen also has a modern logistics and a customer communication centre, where exhibits show the diversity of BOSIG and seminars are held for customers from all over the world.
Harry Leichmann has been responsible for BOSIG GmbH since 2014. He previously worked as an authorised signatory in the company and therefore has decades of experience in the fields of sealing technology and room acoustics. In addition to managing BOSIG GmbH, Harry Leichmann also coordinates the other locations of the BOSIG Group.
He is also involved in activities beyond the company: as a member of the board of the "Fachverband Schaumkunststoffe und Polyurethane e. V. (FSK)" trade association, Harry Leichmann is actively committed to industry issues and professional exchange. He also volunteers as an examiner in training, thereby supporting the promotion of young talent at the site./p>
Mr. Markus Floruß has learned his skills from scratch. His apprenticeship at BOSIG was the foundation for the tasks that arise today in the areas of production and machine planning, company security and IT administration.
The further development of the machine park and the fulfilment of legal requirements are among his areas of responsibility, Mr. Floruß is the right contact person for the realisation of special projects for customers and suppliers.
Dr Christian Hermann is head of the research and development department and application technology at BOSIG. His responsibilities include the development of product innovations, the realisation of application tests and the implementation of customised solutions.
A particular focus is on quality assurance, whereby technical documentation and test procedures are an essential part of his work. In addition, Dr Christian Hermann is also responsible for quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001.
With his expertise knowledge, he is the person to approach when it comes to innovative and customised product solutions for our customers.
Cem Akpinar has been an authorised signatory at BOSIG GmbH since 1 March 2026.
He rose through the ranks within our company, starting as a trainee in warehouse logistics in 2011, becoming a department head and production manager, and taking on significant responsibility in digitalisation, organisation and quality management.
As operations and production manager, he optimises production processes, promotes cooperation and drives technical development forward.
