On August 8, 2020 there was a fire in a section of the Phonotherm production facility at our plant in Elsterwerda.
We will now give you an up-to-date status of the capacity and delivery situation.
Part of the production is already back in operation. However, BOSIG does not have the full production capacity until the affected line has been completely repaired, which will unfortunately take some time.
Due to the limited capacity, the delivery dates of existing orders and future orders will be delayed until the production line is fully operational, again.
